Small habits big changes! Brush your teeth and lose weight too!

I lost 60 pounds at 55 years old and habit stacking was my secret sauce!  


Years ago, I woke up one day in the throes of perimenopause, feeling sick and discouraged, 50 pounds overweight and struggling with anxiety.  I had always been relatively fit and healthy throughout my life, but these changes and this weight gain seemed to come out of nowhere and they came on FAST!!    No mercy!


Everything I had done to maintain health and weight in my earlier years was just not working any more.  It all came to a screeching halt.


I decided that day that…….I am done playing the victim to hormones and aging. I was determined to get back to health and vitality and I did just that!  I relentlessly dug into all things health, nutrition, mindset and HABIT STACKING.  I became a certified nutrition coach and I haven’t looked back since.  


Now I coach other people to live a full and healthy lifestyle full of vitality with sustainable lifestyle and mindset choices


One of the most effective tools in my repertoire that I share immediately with my clients is habit stacking, such a boss move!  The first one I adopted in my journey back to health was “sink exercises.”  I just added 9 minutes of easy exercises to my toothbrush habit.  This is not rocket science.  This is third grade gym class. 


I made this video for YOU!   With my 55-year old imperfections and all!  It’s not fancy or overedited.  That’s not the point.  The point is to keep your body in motion with easy and doable hacks!
