I’m a passionate advocate for whole food plant-based eating. I changed my life in my mid 50s by losing over 50 pounds through nutrition and movement.  I gained energy, vitality and a whole new purpose for my life.  I’ve put everything I’ve studied and learned along the way into a program and I want you to join me!

 

My plans are flexible and loved by vegans and non vegans alike, but there is one thing that we all have in common on my program….we will eat lots of plants and seeds.  I believe in volume eating and ramping up our plates with delicious, nutritious low density foods.  There is plenty of room to work in your favorites too!  I don’t believe in restriction or “weight loss” as a singular priority.  

 

I believe in a healthy lifestyle and with that comes the added benefit of weight loss, improved metabolic disease, mental health and amazing energy and sleep.  I am all about what we are ADDING to our lives, not what we are restricting.  It’s an abundance mindset!

 

I want you to be as healthy and vibrant and active as possible and fall in love with healthy eating just like I did. 

 

In order for a plan to be successful, the plan has to be sustainable, affordable and simple.  I’ve worked hard to bring you the best possible plan and I believe I’ve done just that!  This is a springboard for a whole new lifestyle!   Let’s jump together!
