Why I Rebound?
First of all, it’s fun!
Rebounding stimulates the lymphatic system which helps flush out toxins and fight disease. This provides antioxidant protection and increases your blood flow, providing anti-inflammatory effects, because it stimulates and helps the lymphatic system drain.
Rebounding Reduces cellulite in just a few months by increasing your body’s lymphatic flow.
In addition, rebounding improves balance and coordination. I can attest to this! At first, I was lopsided on the rebounder, but I quickly got the hang of it and now I am grooving! We have to be diligent to retain our balance as we get older! The way to do that is to test our balance and to push our limits so that we can practice and retain our balance.
Rebounding improves physical strength and muscular development as well as proprioception, which is the ability to sense the position, location, orientation and movement of the body and its parts. This is so important as we get older to help prevent falls.
Rebounding helps improve insulin sensitivity, heart health, and body composition while decreasing blood pressure and blood fat. It boosts the circulatory system.
Plus it improves mood and confidence! It helps with anxiety and completely melts tension. I feel like a noodle when I’m done.
I sleep like a baby. Be a kid again! Have fun! Be silly! Get bouncing!
