But first, a bit about my story. I got hit hard by perimenopause in my late 40s. I felt like my body betrayed me in more ways than one!
After feeling sorry for myself, I picked myself up, straightened my crown and went to work! I dove head first into all things mindset, nutrition and habit stacking for busy people! And now I teach other women how to do the same.
I’m a certified ISSA nutrition coach and I host successful 30-day resets. My next reset start dates are June 16th and June 23rd.
